If you are having a legal issue this is the firm you should call. From the very first phone call to the firm I felt a burden lifted off my shoulders. I was nervous about calling an attorney for help, but I know I had to. Mr. Lehn and his staff never made me feel ashamed and always made me feel at ease. They answered all me questions and never made me feel like I was a bother. If I am in another situation where I need an attorney I will not even think about who I need to call. Thank you, Mr. Lehn and his staff for the wonderful job that you have done.

In November while I was working I received a phone call telling me my step father passed on. My mom has Alzheimer’s . When I got down to Port Charlotte I was at a loss of what to do. Alady at the building where mom lived said I needed a lawyer. She recommended Lehn Law and Joseph Lehn . We to make a long story short. He took charge of mothers estate and when he saw I was out of my league tending to my mom he got me help for my mom and was helpful in a hundred ways. ( his staff treated me like family…thank you Season) Not only is he one of Florida’s best lawyers but a great person. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM FOR YOUR LEGAL NEEDS. As an elder law attorney he takes the prize.

Mr. Lehn helped me get my father approved for Medicaid and into a nursing home. I had never used an attorney before and felt especially apprehensive about which law firm to choose given the abrupt and unanticipated need for my father’s care. I felt overwhelmed in that I work full time and am already involved with programs for my special-needs brother, I was delighted by how friendly, knowledgeable and professional the staff was when I first called and throughout the entire process. Mr. Lehn immediately put my mind at ease with his understanding of the situation and assured me they could do the ‘heavy lifting’ and would collaboratively navigate me through the entire process. He walked me through everything step-by-step and showed true compassion for my family during this difficult transition. I went to him because I knew my father would not be able to afford a nursing home and wanted to know if we had any other options. Mr. Lehn is a subject matter expert in all aspects of the Medicaid process and knew exactly what was needed in order for my father to be approved. My father has the necessary programs in place and enjoys his new living arrangement, needless to say, I couldn’t be happier with the results!
